3.000 m2 Office Building

Hebo Yapı also produced the management office buildings of Lusail City Towers project which is being constructed in Lusail city, the second rising star of Qatar after Doha, completed its assembly, and successfully delivered to our customer. Special panel, chassis and truss details were studied for the prefabricated office building, which is manufactured from rolled and lightweight steel structures on an area of 3.000 m2.

Our company, which has the American fire code NFPA 5000 non-flammability certificate, has successfully completed the assembly of the prefabricated building, which is produced in accordance with the fire requirements of Qatar Civil Defense, and has been put into use of our customers in a short time.

All the static calculations required for the safe erection and use of the prefabricated office building were made by our technical office consisting of experienced engineers and architects within our Hekim Holding Group.
