Balad Bank Headquarters Completed in Port Sudan

Hebo Yapı A.Ş. has successfully completed the production and installation of the Balad Bank Headquarters building in Port Sudan, Sudan, adding another project to its growing portfolio of international references.

Constructed using a light steel building system, the project was designed as a three-storey structure that combines architectural aesthetics with functional solutions. Fibercement cladding and CNC-cut decorative motifs were used on the exterior façades, creating a modern and distinctive architectural identity for the building.

Access to the terrace level has been provided within the design. The terrace area accommodates solar panels, a water storage tank, and an ablution facility, offering practical and sustainable solutions adapted to the regional climate and operational requirements.

Following the completion of the Balad Bank Headquarters, planning studies for branch buildings to be constructed in various regions of Sudan are also being carried out by Hebo Yapı.
