587 m2 Villa

Our 587 m2 twin villa, designed in accordance with the cold climate conditions of Iceland, was produced in accordance with the architectural texture of Reykjavik city and delivered to our customer after the installation was completed. Our building, produced in Steelin system, one of the brands of Hekim Holding, is covered with decorative fibercement facade coating material, also known as Hekimboard. Hebo Yapı exports to more than 90 countries.

It has become one of the Northern European countries that have been added to the list of export countries in Iceland. Hebo Yapı has demonstrated its leadership in light steel prefabricated buildings boutique production in this project and designed an unusual structure. Static calculations have been made taking into account all the details in case of heavy snow loads, wind speed, earthquake zone and many other difficulties, and it is safely installed and presented to the use of our customers. Double-layer insulation is used in the building, which is produced with a wall thickness of approximately 30 cm. Our building has also been approved by the authorized units of the city of Reykjavik, where it was established.
